Changing Timing belt.?

At what mileage is a timing belt usually changed, and if it is changed, does the engine have to be set at top Dead centre
Changing Timing belt.?
whats the exact model?...changing times vary alot...it does pay to set it at tdc,but as long as the pulleys or engine isn't moved it will be ok...just spin by hand afterwards and check timing marks..
Changing Timing belt.?
Buy a manual is my advice . you sound like you need one .
always get a mechanic to replace your timing belt. take it to a professional so they can see if it needs replacing
Varies from vehicle to vehile and can be as low as 36000 or 4 years up to 100000 and ten years
What's the vehicle?
when they are showing wear like heat cracks they should be changed and yes you need to set it at top dead center when you install it.
It depends on the make and model of the car as it varies from vehicle to vehicle.
