How many miles does a honda accord have to run b4 changing its timing belt?

Depends on what year it is.

Some are 90,000 miles and some are 105,000 miles

Newer 4 cylinders don't have a timing belt but the 6 cylinder models still do.

What year is it and what engine?

The recommendation or general rule of thumb is 60,000. I have never had one go until over 100,000. But I drive conservatively If it has that many miles, go ahead and replace it. Then you know it won't break on you and you won't have to worry about it for another 100,000 miles if you are a conservative driver..

90,000 miles.....i have 331K miles and have done it every 90 to 100K. it is imortant since honda's have interference engines.
