Would anyone know of a Web Site that would have step by step of changing a timing belt on a 1996 Ford Concord?

I would go to the Ford dealer and ask to photocopy the service manual. If you are referring to the Contour I belive you should change the timing belt tensioners as well. Good luck. Make sure get it timed correctly or it could cause engine damage. If you have never done this before I would suggest you get a shop to do it as it can be more expensive to fix your mistakes afterward. Good luck.

Don't know about websites, but you can always buy a book from autozone that has that information.
