I would go to the Ford dealer and ask to photocopy the service manual. If you are referr
ing to the Contour I belive you should change the timing belt tensioners as well. Good luck. Make sure get
it timed correctly or it could cause engine damage. If you have never done this before I would suggest you get a shop to do it as it can be more e
xpensive to fix your mistakes afterward. Good luck.
