i see you must be changing a timing belt and everytime you start to put the belt on the cam moves?ok, there should be a guage hole in the cam gears, alighn the cams and put something like a drill bit in the guage holes, then install the belt, it shouldnt turn with you, while you are putting the belt on, make sure you take the bits out of the guage holes, before you put the timing cover back on.

There should be timing marks or notches on the cam sprockets and crankshaft sprocket that either line up with corresponding marks on the engine block or that line up with corresponding marks on the new belt as well.

Line 'em all up with each other with piston #1 at TDC and ya should be dead-on.
Now is the time when all good men find the manual and follow directions.

Maybe there is a site that can tell you.

But I don't trust them.
